ABOUT OUR SCOOTERS.

Baroni Scooters have the GY6 Motor. This is a great little motor but please do not expect to cruise the freeways like a Harley with the 125 or 150 cc scooter. These are made for urban transport.

Our 250 is the model to buy if you have some freeway and highway travel.

All Baroni scooters meet the Australian Design Regulation (ADR) and can be registered in all Australian states and New Zealand.

Australia wide 12 month or 10,000 kilometre warranty (excluding accident damage or misuse)

Regular service can be done by all professional motor-cycle mechanics/shops Australia wide with out invalidating the warranty.

Comprehensive stock of spare parts are available and in most cases will be delivered overnight to meet warranty and service needs.

All Baroni models are listed in the Glass Guide for ease of insurance.

SOME TIPS FOR BARONI OWNERS

Use regular unleaded fuel (not high octane)

Make sure the side stand is up when starting (this is a motor cut-off switch)

If you use the kick start, gently take up the slack before kicking.

Good oil, a clean oil filter and correct valve gap settings ( 0.12) will greatly extend the life of your baroni.

Use MINERAL OIL for the 300 kilometre service as this will allow the motor to run in more effectively.

We recommend Motul 1000, 10W40 Mineral oil ( 0.6 of a litre) and Motul SAE 75W90 Gearbox and Differential oil ( .11 of a litre) for the 300 kilometre sevice.

Change to high quality semi- synthetic 4 stroke scooter oil at the 1000 kilometre service.

Fit a NGK CR7HSA plug to the 125 and 150 scooters at the 1000 kilometer service

Follow the Service schedule and ALSO change the front rollers and drive belt every 2000 kilometres.
